The whole experience was great, or as great as buying a car can be. Linden was amazing. Super nice and him and Alex were both very patient throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend.

I originally thought this was a great dealership to get a car from back when I bought my BMW X3 back in September 2024. I have since dropped almost $1000 on things needed to be fixed, back to back and while they do have a warranty on the car, when you pay the $200 deductible to fix it, a few months later something else goes wrong so then you have to go back in and give them another 200 deductible to fix whatever is going on! my most recent occurrence happened in July. I had to get it towed up to Moscow (on my expense mind you, even with warranty) because the car wouldn't turn on a 200$ fix turned into a $600 fix. I had to buy a new battery and pay them to fix the distribution box on my car and then was driving at home and there was a loud humming in the engine which has turned into a loud tick …..the owner of university said that they “didn't do anything else to the car other than fix the battery issue”, which I find hard to believe because now it's ticking and when I go to accelerate quickly or rapidly it chugs(never used to) I am not going to take my car into them again and instead try to find another reputable source to fix my car because I would rather pay full price for another place to fix it that I know won't come back with another issue a couple months later, I do not recommend getting a car from them. They sell their cars for way overpriced as well and now that I have negative equity on my car (i tried to trade it in for another) they decided to sell me this car that was six grand higher than the original price Which at the time they told me was not true and that it was blue booked at that price. Which is my fault for not looking into it more! But when you go to places like these, you don't think you're gonna be working with a lemon salesman but here we are. Very very upset with everything. And they also refused to put my wife in another car and when we tried, they tried to put her in a 2002 Honda or maybe it was a Toyota. Nonetheless, a severely low ball downgraded offer

I love this place. All of the salesmen are wonderful, I had a great time , Joe thank so much for how hard you worked to get me in my car. I love braking bread with the guy. I definitely will be coming back again . I can't say enough about this dealership !
